International shipping: 27$-37$

All our made to order dresses, the estimated delivery time for evening dresses is 10 to 15 working days

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. It will be shipped via DHL. Once your order is dispatched, delivery time is within 2-7 days.

If there is likely to be a significant delay in shipment to your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. 

While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping courier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
