Refund Policy

Made to order & Custom orders:

At BFB we specialize in creating made-to-order garments that meet your exact specifications. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a defect with the item or the package is lost during shipping.

If you are unsure about your sizing, please contact our client care team, and we will work with you to ensure a perfect fit using your custom measurements.

Should any issues arise, our dedicated client care team is here to assist you. Please contact us with any concerns, and we will guide you through the return process. Please note that we may request additional information or photos to facilitate the return process.

Return shipping fees will be charged to the customer. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will promptly process your refund. We appreciate your understanding of our made-to-order process and our policies.

Stock order:

We do not accept returns or refunds unless the item you purchased is defective and the tag has not been removed. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect. Upon approval of the product fault, you have a period of 7 days from the date of delivery, in which to send us the item you consider defective. We will provide via email, the address to where the product must be returned.

Upon receipt of the returned product, it will be fully examined, and you will be notified within 2 days as to whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement of the product. In case of a refund, the purchase price will be given after deduction of tax and shipping fees, using the original method of payment.

Sale orders:

All items purchased on Sale are final purchase, no returns.

telephone number, e-mail address or any other personal information, except where needed to deliver a product or service your order.

Any information we collect is to ensure that we are able to fulfill your requirements and deliver a personalized and hassle free shopping experience. However, we must cooperate fully, should a situation arise, where we are required by law or statutory obligation or legal process to provide information about a customer. All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
